High level of written English. All our writing is in English, so we need you to be proficient to be successful. In your application, where you tell us why you’re interested in this position, you should tell us your favorite English word and why it’s your favorite.
Commitment to the role. We are after your best creative work for the day, that is 1,500 words per day plus research and editing time. Starting out, you will need a full-time commitment to get up to speed. 🙂
Great communication. We’re here to help and make you a success, which will only happen with great communication. It’s very important to check in regularly when working remotely, and we make this super simple with our online team software. ☺️

Research ability. Great writing requires great research, and this builds to be a superpower over time.
SEO writing experience. A broad understanding or a willingness to learn about SEO is great. In any case, clients provide lots of guidance on their SEO tactics.
WordPress blog posting. We sometimes post content for clients on their websites. It’s a useful skill and straightforward to learn. If you already have some experience, or you’re keen to learn, that’s a plus.
